the pro-form xp90 exercise bike
features and product reviews
The ProForm XP90 exercise bike is an adjustable recumbent exercise bike which is perfect for people with back or joint problems. The basic features of the XP90 include:
* ERGONOMIC HANDLE BARS
* RECUMBENT ADJUSTABLE SEATING
* HANDLE BAR GRIP PULSE SENSOR
* BOOK RACK
* ELECTRONIC CONTROL PANEL
* ADJUSTABLE MAGNETIC RESISTANCE
The XP90 comes standard with a 90-day warranty and weighs 130 lbs. There is some assembly required, however. When comparing the XP 90 to other brands, I found a lot of differences in price. The XP90 could be considered a mid-range exercise bike, but it’s sturdy construction and simplicity of design means it should last as long as most higher-end exercise bikes. The XP90 also caters to a growing segment of our population-senior citizens. Senior citizens are leading more active lives and living longer than ever before. Exercise machines such as the XP90 facilitate their needs by providing a reclining position with which to exercise the cardio-vascular system. The XP90 even features a calories-burned readout and an elapsed work-out time readout.
I found it very difficult to find any bad reviews about the XP90, in fact, I didn’t find any. But by comparison shopping in exercise equipment in the same class I found some advantages the XP90 has that really make it stand out in the market. It’s made entirely in the USA and Canada and is sold by Sears. From what I’ve researched on the ProForm XP90, it would be an excellent choice for a mid-range recumbent exercise bike.
